Working with local professional wildlife photographers, we offer several multi-day photography workshops and private single-day tours designed for all experience levels. Workshops and day tours focus on capturing wildlife and the landscape they inhabit as their lives play out over Yellowstone’s seasons. Your instructor will work with you to maximize camera settings, composition, lighting opportunities, and understanding animal behavior to create pictures that tell the compelling story of life in the wild.
MULTI-DAY WORKSHOPS & PRIVATE DAY TOURS
Learn more about Yellowstone's incredible wildlife and landscape photography opportunities!
Yellowstone National Park is divided into two distinct and visually stunning regions: the wildlife-rich Northern Range and the geothermal wonders of the Yellowstone Caldera, referred to as the “interior”. Our workshops explores both, with multiple days devoted to photographing iconic species like bison, elk, moose, bighorn sheep, foxes, coyotes, eagles, and possibly wolves along the Northern Range’s scenic roads, as well as unforgettable snowcoach (winter) or van (spring) adventures into the interior to capture geysers, hot springs, waterfalls, and wildlife. With small groups of like-minded travelers, private transportation, and extended time in the field, you’ll enjoy exceptional opportunities for wildlife and landscape photography while discovering the art of visual storytelling in the world’s first national park.
